i adoupted a manatee (macy) and when i opened her gift box, i got a RETIRED EXCLUSIVE! AN UNDERSEA PORTHOLE!!! wow, that was really lucky! now she can feel even more at home underwater!

my fish, bubbles, passed away a few months ago just tell you if you didn’t know. he was 2 years old. which is pretty good considering he was only a feeder goldfish. and he was about this long nose to tip-of-the-tail

She is too cute ! 
The shelter called today for us to adopt her.
Her name was Little Orphan Annie but we are
leaning towards Jingles because she is so close
to Christmas.
She is a cutie and she will help heal my heart.
We will travel a new journey together.
She almost purrs as loud as Maynard Gee.
I will never forget him - she is here to help mend my heart.
At 12:25 PM - Maynard Gee has passed on.

To My Mom & Dad With Love (A Cat’s Eulogy)
December 2008
Don’t be sad you had to end my pain,
and know that you will see me once again.
God’s given me a place to wait for you,
and you know what? He says He loves me too!
There’s lots of different critters all around,
in Heaven there’s no evil to be found.
So all of us just seem to get along,
and Angels serenade us with their songs.
People here are kind they stroke my fur,
and they all seem to love it when I purr.
I’m no longer sick so I am glad,
please don’t fill your days by being sad.
I haven’t really gone that far away,
and I’m really looking forward to the day,
that we can be together up above,
in this land of peace and happiness and love.
About 5 weeks after Maynard Gee’s surgery - he has finally taken
a turn for the worse. He stopped eating not drinking much and hiding in the tub.
I put a big fluffy blanket in the tub so at least he will be comfortable
if that is where he wants to be. I also put him on the pain killers they gave me - until the morning.
I have been spending the last 5 weeks cuddling and hanging out with him - whenever I could. There was
never a clear answer about how aggressive the Cancer would be ~nor~ how much time we would have left
together. I was told it is a Cancer that they really didn’t know much about.
In the morning I will take him to be put down. It will take a part of me with him. My heart feels like it is
being ripped out.I don’t want him to suffer or be in pain - which I believe now is just starting. I want him to
sleep in heavenly peace and I know he will cross over and I will meet him when my timecomes.
We had the best 16 years of life - together. I will always love you Mr. Gee.
I hope this gets fixed soon!
